Can I move between plans?

You can switch between the Basic and Growth plans at any time, simply by asking your Customer Success contact to switch you over.

Can I switch Google Local Inventory Ads on and off whenever I want?

Yes, Local Inventory Ads are an optional add-on that you can switch on and off with a minimum running period of 7 days. Local Inventory Ads take a few days to optimise and stabilise in Google, and are most effective when left to run for at least 1 week.

Why is there a minimum daily spend of £2 on Google Local Inventory Ads?

In order to get your products to successfully appear in Google we need to invest a minimum daily amount to effectively get in front of local shoppers. This varies by shop and location, but typically £2 is the minimum budget required to make your products appear at the top of search.

Do you charge a % of my spend on Ads in Google?

On our Basic and Growth plans, a small NearSt fee is built directly into your daily budget and covers our costs for managing your local ad campaigns.
